Services & proposals

Every engagement begins with a written proposal defining scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Timelines depend on timely feedback and materials from you.

Payment

Project fees are invoiced according to the schedule in your proposal — typically a deposit to begin, with the balance due at launch. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Late payments may pause work until resolved.

SMS terms & consent

By voluntarily checking the SMS consent box on our contact form — separate from and in addition to any general website consent — you provide your express, optional consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Aimee Klaire French LLC at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include appointment reminders, follow-ups, account or project notifications, and similar informational or transactional messages related to your inquiry or engagement.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. To request help, reply HELP. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how remain ours, licensed to you as part of the deliverables.

Results & warranties

We bring senior strategy, craft, and diligence to every engagement, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes — markets, budgets, and platforms all play a role. Advertising performance is reported honestly against agreed metrics. This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
